Criminal Code fined 130,000 rubles for faulty ventilation in the house near Ryazan

The State Housing Inspectorate of the Ryazan region brought to administrative responsibility the management company "Aquarius". This was reported in the press service of the department.

The basis for the initiation of the case was the results of the inspection of apartment building No. 9 on Teryokhina Street in the village of Polyany. During the control event, the inspector revealed violations in the operation of the ventilation system of the building. The actions of the company were qualified under part 2 of article 14.1.3 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation as a violation of licensing requirements in the management of apartment buildings.

According to the results of consideration of the administrative case against Aquarius LLC, a decision was made to impose a fine in the amount of 130 thousand rubles.
