Smart screens, banners: what was talked about at the reception of Vladimir Kukharev

Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Vladimir Kukharev held a reception of citizens on October 7. What questions worried citizens - in the material of the correspondent of the agency "Minsk-Novosti".

A representative of a resident company of one of the capital’s technoparks presented the project “Formation of an innovative service system of information services for the population using information and communication technologies”. Its essence is to create the production of smart screens based on LED and LCD screens, which in the future intend to build into special devices, and then connect devices to artificial intelligence.

- In principle, they are similar to a vending machine or a coffee machine. Such a complex will be equipped with several compartments for collecting used batteries and expired drugs, as well as, again, a built-in screen, thanks to which the device will be able to perform a number of other functions, the applicant said. I ask for help in implementing the idea.

The Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee noted that the procedure for allocating funds from the innovation fund includes several key stages.

- It is necessary to submit an application, then the project will be considered by the relevant commission and council. In addition, you will have to pass a state examination, explained V. Kukharev. In case of a positive conclusion, you can count on the allocation of funding. The final stage is the conclusion of a contract, which strictly defines the terms, volumes and parameters of implementation.

Another applicant represented the interests of a shopping center on L. Tolstoy Street. The essence of the issue concerned the change of the design decision on the design of the facade of the building. Previously, the subject approved the placement of two multimedia screens. After a while, due to difficulties, it was necessary to make a change in the project documentation to replace one screen with a banner. Later, the owner decided to return to the original plan. The applicant asked whether it would be possible to carry out the plan.

- The placement of such structures is regulated by the current legislation and established administrative procedures, compliance with which is mandatory for all business entities, the Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee emphasized. Project documentation for this object has already been approved and received a positive expert opinion. There is currently no reason to place additional screens.

The topic of land withdrawal was also raised at the reception. A resident of the 1st Pipe Lane complained: she lost part of the territory at her disposal, where the support of the overhead power line was located. According to the applicant, the construction she installed at her own expense, and compensation during the procedure never received.

- Available documents confirm that the construction is on the balance sheet of Minsk cable networks. If you believe that the company has placed this support on the record unlawfully, you can resolve the issue in the manner prescribed by law through the court, said V. Kukharev.

The mother of a former employee of one of the capital's agricultural enterprises appealed to the reception. During the period of work, the man was allocated a service apartment for living with his family. A few years later, the general meeting of shareholders decided to sell this housing to the worker in the property. Later it became known about the commission of the man of the offense, the court recognized his guilt and sentenced him in the form of detention. In this regard, the alienation of square meters was canceled at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders. The applicant requested assistance in reviewing the matter.

- Mingorispolkom has no right to cancel the decision of the meeting of shareholders. In this situation, we are talking about the relationship between the enterprise and the citizen, V. Kukharev summed up.
