Road Administration will pay Lipetsk drivers more than 160 thousand rubles

Yelets city court recovered from the Department of roads, transport and improvement 163 483 rubles in favor of the driver of the Ford Focus. The car was damaged after hitting a well with a lid protruding 16 centimeters above the road surface.

According to the joint press service of the judicial system of the Lipetsk region, the accident occurred in October 2025. The examination estimated the repair of the car at 145 thousand rubles.

The court found that after laying the new asphalt, the well was not brought into line with the road level, and satisfied the claim of the motorist, also recovering legal costs.
