NAO management companies told about changes in housing legislation

DVKN NAO held a regular seminar-meeting with management companies. The event was traditionally held at the My Business Center.

The participants discussed changes in the housing legislation from September 1, 2026 and the need for officials of management organizations to undergo an independent assessment of qualifications before March 1, 2028.

At the seminar, representatives of the Department of Public Security of the NAO spoke with information on the requirements for the maintenance of buried premises in apartment buildings, as well as representatives of the Department of Digital Development and Communications of the NAO - with information on the work of management organizations and HOAs in house chat rooms of apartment buildings and on maintaining information channels.
