The problem is complex. Users most often complain of general failures - 46%. There are also problems with the site – 25%, mobile application – 20% and specific services. St. Petersburg residents report the inability to place orders in food and goods delivery services, as well as difficulties with calling a taxi through mobile applications.

On October 9, St. Petersburg residents faced serious problems in the work of the Internet and digital services. There were about 8,000 calls from users who complained about failures. The problems affected not only the Internet, but also other resources. For example, users could not access some media sites and game servers.
