Irina Tsubikova noted:

“It is important to win over parents and convince them that you care about their children’s future. And for their future to be pleasant, successful, the school and the parent need to look the same way.

A system of responsibility can help control children’s behavior. For example, when discotheques were held in school, children were allowed to invite two or three comrades on specially issued tickets.

“All tickets were issued in his name. The ticket could not be lost until the end of the disco. And if his companion violated something, then he was responsible for his guest. We had such a system, and we literally walked away from all the negative consequences of a big disco the first time. And the children at that time really wanted to dance, — said the Director.

In her opinion, in order to gain authority in the class, you can sometimes allow to write off, but then you need to find a moment to show the student that it would be better if he learned and transformed his success in the form of a good mark into an achievement.
