In the Aleshkin district opened a case against a newly sat down drunk behind the wheel of the driver

In the Aleshkin district, a criminal case was opened against a 48-year-old local resident who had previously been deprived of his driver's license and again sat behind the wheel of a car in a state of alcoholic intoxication. This was reported in the interior Ministry of Kherson region.

Staff of the traffic police stopped the car “Lada Largus”, behind the wheel of which was a man. The driver had clear signs of alcohol intoxication.

After the removal of a local resident from driving, an examination was conducted, which showed the level of alcohol in the exhaled air - 0.548 mg / l.

Later it turned out that in July 2025, this driver was already prosecuted for driving under the influence and was deprived of rights for 1 year 6 months. He was also fined 45,000 rubles.

In connection with the repeated violation against a man, a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Driving a vehicle by a person subjected to administrative punishment.” This article provides for penalties, including imprisonment for up to two years.
