Only in 2026, the trade department made 10 protocols, fines amounted to almost 80 thousand rubles. A meeting with the administration, police, deputies and the head of the Azerbaijani diaspora helped stop the collapses - the entrepreneur agreed to dismantle the trays himself.

“The territory has finally been put in order, and the site is included in the cleaning route,” explained Alexey Belkov, deputy of the Arkhgor Duma, director of the Clean City Moscow State University.

The second object is the pavilion of Sultan LLC. The lease was terminated last year, but it had to be dismantled through court. Demolition entrepreneur conducts at his own expense, without costs from the budget. Previously, residents of neighboring houses received many claims of noise at night and debris around.

Ahead of the demolition of the neighboring outdated pavilion of Mashenkin IE - the court has already satisfied the claim of the administration.

- We act in the interests of the people of the city, we seek order and law. To solve such problems, we often involve deputies and law enforcement agencies, we reach court proceedings, said Irina Lyubova, head of the Department of Trade and Public Services.
