According to the press service of the regional governor, the situation with fuel supply in the regional center is gradually stabilizing. All stations of the Gazprom gas station network operate around the clock with short-term technical interruptions.
“The set of all measures introduced, including fuel delivery schedules on the principle of even and odd days with reference to the registration number of the vehicle, made it possible to gradually return to the usual service for motorists. The queues at the city’s gas stations have significantly decreased, however, the situation in the regions remains tense, said Igor Babushkin.
The head of the region thanked representatives of responsible departments and fuel companies for their operational work in difficult conditions. The governor expressed special gratitude to the employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate, who helped maintain law and order at gas stations. The government of the region carries out daily control of fuel supplies and gas stations and is ready to respond quickly to any changes.
Residents of Astrakhan noted an improvement in the situation. Blogger and mother of many children Zhanarai Zunullaeva said that the gas station takes about 15 minutes and does not disrupt the usual rhythm of the day. Honored Worker of the Road Industry Valentin Shevchenko stressed that thanks to the personal control of the Governor and the measures taken, the situation with fuel supply has normalized, gas stations are operating normally.
