In the Astrakhan region stopped illegal registration of a batch of beef
Inspectors of the Rosselkhoznadzor interregional department revealed gross violations of veterinary rules when processing documents for meat products in the Limansky district.
According to the analysis of the digital system “Mercury”, the representative of the legal entity regularly certified electronic supporting documents for beef. At the same time, the authorized employee of the organization did not have legal rights to issue certificates for this category of controlled goods.
These actions led to the rejection of the requirements of the federal law “On veterinary medicine” and specialized orders of the Ministry of agriculture of Russia No. 862 and No. 646, regulating the rules of electronic certification of products of animal origin.
The supervisory authority took prompt measures: the registration of the violator in the VetIS-Passport system was temporarily suspended, and all illegally issued electronic forms were completely canceled. The legal entity announced an official warning about the inadmissibility of ignoring mandatory requirements and offered to immediately take measures to comply with sanitary legislation.
