In August, there is an increase in the volume of transportation for a number of categories of cargo. Thus, the growth of construction cargo amounted to 1.1 million tons (an increase of 1.4 times). Other indicators: chemical and mineral fertilizers - 199.4 thousand tons (an increase of 1.2 times), cement - 77.2 thousand tons (an increase of 1.3 times), industrial raw materials - 28.5 thousand tons (+12.4%), ore colored and sulfur raw materials - 23.6 thousand tons (an increase of 1.4 times).
And from the beginning of 2026 until August, 15.2 million tons of various cargoes were loaded at railway stations of the Leningrad region.
