Winter has traditionally become the main exam for the entire system of housing and communal services
This year in Bashkiria, the set of events has acquired a special scale, and the volume of investments and the level of control have reached maximum values. As a result, the heat in the republic began to connect from October 1.
The financial foundation of the preparatory campaign for the winter amounted to an impressive 4 billion 548 million rubles - eight percent more than a year earlier. Such data was voiced by the Minister of housing and communal services of RB Irina Golovanova.
These funds, consolidated from various sources, allowed to direct the bulk of resources to the repair fund of housing and communal services enterprises, providing an opportunity for large-scale work both in planned and emergency mode, said Irina Alexandrovna.
Intra-house heating systems were washed, and the valves were audited in all 15,451 apartment buildings, which is one hundred percent fulfillment of the plan. More than four thousand units of defective measuring instruments and equipment were repaired or replaced. The tightness of pipelines in 533 houses of Bashkortostan was restored, and structural elements were put in order in nine thousand residential buildings: from access doors and windows to interpanel seams. The inspection of ventilation ducts and chimneys, on which the safety of residents depends, was carried out in 14 thousand houses of the region, which is 95.2 percent of the total number of gasified buildings.
No less extensive work was carried out in the municipal sphere.
- 33 boilers and 49 pumps have been repaired, which fully corresponds to the plan, and the heat supply networks in the village of Akyar, Khaibulli district and the village of Chekmagush, Chekmagush district, with a total length of about two kilometers, have been overhauled. - The reconstruction of boiler house No. 4 in Meleuz is being completed, and two modern block boiler houses are being installed in the village of Tolbazy in Aurgazin district. In general, 41 kilometers of heating networks were updated at the expense of all sources.
According to the Minister of Housing and Utilities of Bashkortostan, special attention was paid to readiness for emergency situations.
315 emergency recovery teams have been formed and fully staffed, which include 1,861 specialists and more than 788 units of equipment, said Irina Golovanova. In case of accidents, a supply of material and technical resources for 40 million rubles was created, including pipes, pumps and shut-off valves. In the near future, the Republican reserve will be replenished by another 23.4 million rubles.
Training is monitored by several departments. Gozhilstroynadzor checked more than seven thousand apartment buildings, issuing dozens of instructions to management companies and HOA. Rostekhnadzor conducts inspections in 43 cities and districts of Bashkortostan, giving time to eliminate the comments until November 20.
The connection of heat will take place in stages: the first hot batteries will receive social facilities, then apartment buildings and then other buildings.
