In Bashkiria in favor of a disabled child recovered the cost of medicines and compensation for moral damage

The inspection of the Prosecutor’s office of the Soviet district of Ufa on the appeal of the father of a disabled child found that the boy suffers from diabetes and needs constant intake of insulin drugs and provision of medical devices.

However, there were periodic interruptions in the provision of medicines and medical devices, because of which the father of the child had to buy them on his own.

The prosecutor’s office appealed to the court with a claim for reimbursement of expenses for the purchase of medicines and recovery of compensation for moral damage.

The court granted the prosecutor's claim. After the intervention of the supervisory authority, the father of the child was paid the money spent and compensation for moral damage.
