In Belarus, you can make a free assessment of the market value of the apartment. About how to do this, reported in the press service of the State Property Committee, writes sb.by.

An online calculator from the National Cadastre Agency is used to estimate the market value of an apartment in Minsk and regional centers in a few seconds. The model is based on data on more than 175,000 real transactions (the price register since 2018). To use it, you need to go to the site analytics.nca.by, enter the address, number of rooms, area and type of finish. The service will show the approximate cost of the object.

The service takes into account more than 15 factors: location, floor, wall material, year of entry, availability of transport and subway, microdistrict and others, the State Property Committee noted. At the same time, the margin of error is 5-7 percent (the average absolute percentage error reaches 5.59 percent for Minsk and 6.53 percent for regional cities). In addition, the model is trained on real transactions and tested according to international valuation standards.

It is important to indicate the real characteristics of the apartment for an accurate result. There are 10 requests per day.
