Belarus to launch mobile application for registration in electronic queue at border
It will be possible to register in the queue directly from the phone

In Belarus, by the end of 2026, it is planned to launch a mobile application for registration in an electronic queue at the border. This was announced by the Chairman of the State Customs Committee (SCC) Vladimir Orlovsky, BelTA reports.
According to the head of the State Customs Committee, the non-rhythmic work of the control bodies of neighboring states leads to the containment of cargo flows and the creation of queues, which primarily harms citizens and transit through the republic. In these conditions, the agency is taking measures to accelerate border crossing: waiting areas near checkpoints are being actively equipped, and remote registration in the electronic queue was introduced this year.
To further simplify the process, a software product – a mobile application – will be developed by the end of 2026. With its help, you can register in the queue directly from the phone. The new system will cover both passenger and cargo traffic.
It is worth noting that from October 1, 2026, the rules for booking a seat in the electronic queue are already changing: the validity of the reservation will be 30 calendar days. During this time, you must either submit the car to the waiting area, or pass online registration, or issue a refund.
