In the village of Upper Kuzkino Chernyansky district of the Belgorod region, the driver of the sewer drained liquid municipal waste near the former landfill for the sake of saving. This was reported in the Department of Ecohunting Supervision of the region.

The offender was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 3.3 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. For the dumping of waste from vehicles, citizens face a fine of 40 to 50 thousand rubles, and in case of repeated violation, they can confiscate the vehicle.

Earlier, illegal export of black soil was stopped in the Belgorod district.
