In Kursk, the Aseev Library opened an exhibition of paintings by a participant of the Great Patriotic War and a chicken by origin Igor Antipenko. This event was told by the head of the Kursk region Alexander Khinstein. At the age of 16, Igor Antipenko was sent to radio school during the war, and a couple of months later he was a radio operator in the active army.
He went through the whole war, reached Berlin and crushed the Japanese militarists on the Eastern Front. There are many awards.
After the war, Igor Antipenko was engaged in the development of new models of aviation and space technology. Fine arts became the field of activity of men after retirement.
His paintings depicted his home, the winding Seimas. The exhibition was previously held in Moscow.
