In the central part of Biysk on September 23, hot water was temporarily turned off. Dozens of houses were left without resources for several days.
According to the mayor’s office of Biysk, power engineers are working to replace the main sections of the heating network on Lenin Street. To insert new pipes into the existing network, they will limit the supply of water to a number of houses in the city center.
