In the private sector of Voronezh, a citizen organized a car wash that interferes with neighbors

Residents of the private sector of the Kominternovsky district of Voronezh complained to the prosecutor's office about the violation of their rights to comfortable living due to the activities of the car wash complex.

During the inspection, it turned out that an individual entrepreneur organized a car wash on a land plot not intended for these purposes. The work of this facility led to noise exceeding the established standards, which infringed on the interests of residents hoping for favorable living conditions.

Despite repeated signals from the population, police and local authorities have not acted properly for a long time.

In order to remedy the situation, the heads of the competent authorities were given appropriate instructions. The issue remains under special control of the prosecutor's office until the identified shortcomings are completely eliminated.
