From the materials of the case, it follows that the man illegally acquired a narcotic substance weighing at least 140.13 grams, which he kept with him for sale to an indefinite circle of people.
The court decided to elect against the accused a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of 2 months - until December 20, 2026 inclusive.
