It was established that in 2020, the defendants signed a contract for the capture and maintenance of stray animals in Yuzhno-Sukhokumsk, but in fact the capture was not carried out – they stole more than 318 thousand rubles.
In addition, the general director of the contractor under another municipal contract did not fully repair roads on two streets of the city, stealing about 600 thousand rubles.
The Nogai district court appointed the former director of the Moscow State University 3 years in prison, the head of the contractor - a year and a half in a general regime colony.
The claims of the prosecutor's office for damages were satisfied.
