In Dagestan revealed 5.4 thousand hectares of land for housing construction

3883 plots with a total area of 5.4 thousand hectares were identified in Dagestan for housing construction. Of these, 2205 plots of 287.56 hectares have already been involved in circulation. This was announced at the seminar-meeting on increasing the capitalization of the property fund of the republic by the acting head of the Rosreestr Department for Dagestan Vyacheslav Nitenko.

According to him, the figure for July 1, 2026 exceeded the base target for the year - 5376.8 hectares, established by the order of Rosreestr.

Nitenko noted that the annual plan for the formation of a land bank for housing construction was exceeded ahead of schedule. The work is carried out according to the roadmap for increasing the capitalization of the territory of Dagestan until 2030, which the republic and Rosreestr signed in March 2026.
