Acting head of Dagestan Fyodor Shchukin said that over the past five years, gas workers of the republic have laid more than 1 kilometer of gas pipelines in the region as part of the social dogasification program.
According to him, the gas has already been supplied to more than 11,000 private homes. The geography of connections covers both the cities of the republic and remote areas, including Akushinsky, Botlikhsky, Kizlyarsky and Tsumadinsky.
The program is being implemented on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The gas pipeline to the boundaries of the site is free of charge. Preferential categories of citizens are paid for internal work, up to the installation of gas equipment.
Shchukin thanked each engineer, welder, designer and worker. He stressed that the implementation of an important program for the country continues. Heads of municipalities were instructed to simplify bureaucratic procedures, actively help the population in the preparation of documents and explain the rules of connection.
