At Adler Children's Hospital, young patients are given gifts for bravery

In the children's departments of the regional hospital No. 4 in Adler replenished stocks of toys, coloring books and sets for creativity. The gifts were given as part of the charity event “Courage Box” to support children undergoing hospital treatment.

Among the transferred things are albums, paints, educational games, dolls, cars and other toys. The assistance was organized by deputies of the Adler territorial group of the Sochi City Assembly together with caring residents of the district.

Positive emotions are especially important for children who have to undergo medical procedures, including painful ones. The opportunity to receive a small gift helps to distract from anxiety and makes staying in the hospital more comfortable.

As part of the Courage Box, young patients receive toys and other pleasant surprises as a reward for courage during treatment.

Representatives of the medical institution thanked all participants for their attention to children and contribution to creating a friendly atmosphere in the hospital.
