Thus, the attackers using neural networks created a video with information about the alleged increase in the facts of robbery and robbery committed by persons who pose as employees of election commissions.

This material, as the authors conceived, was supposed to create a negative social background, intimidate the residents of the DPR and prevent the holding of elections.
