In Dolgoprudny, they plan to build an enterprise for deep processing of garlic. The launch is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. The plant will operate exclusively on Russian raw materials - winter grade "Dobrynya", which is grown on local fields and in partner farms.

At full capacity, the enterprise will be able to process 90 tons of garlic. The release will include granules, spices and three tons of rare black fermented garlic. Such a product during heat treatment acquires a dark color and sweet taste.
The new production should provide the region with demanded products. The project is under implementation. Launch time confirmed.
