A resident of Domodedovo Elena Klimenko received the honorary title “Mother Heroine”. The decree was signed by the Russian president. The award was announced on October 4.

A resident of Domodedovo Elena Klimenko received the honorary title “Mother Heroine”. The decree was signed by the Russian president. The award was announced on October 4.

Elena together with her husband Sergey raises ten children – six daughters and four sons. She also founded a Sunday school at the Church of Archangel Michael in the village of Akulinino, where her husband serves.

Together with the title, the woman received a one-time payment of 1 million rubles. The status includes other social support measures. The family was congratulated on the award.
