A 36-year-old man from one of the villages of the district sat behind the wheel of a moped in a state of alcoholic intoxication, without a driver's license. The violation was revealed by traffic police officers, after which administrative proceedings were instituted against him. In court, the citizen pleaded guilty and received a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
Despite the deadline, the fine was not paid, and the executive document was handed over to bailiffs. As part of enforcement proceedings, the bailiff limited the debtor to travel outside Russia, arrested bank accounts and imposed a penalty on income. However, only part of the amount was recovered.
To clarify the property status of the debtor, the bailiff visited his parents at the place of registration. They reported that the son temporarily lives in the Balakovsky district. The bailiff explained to them the order of execution of the court decision and possible consequences of non-payment, including foreclosure on the debtor's property.
As a result, the parents decided to pay off the remaining debt on their own, noting that the situation is unpleasant for them, and it is not necessary to count on the payment of a fine by the son himself.
