In Yekaterinburg from the former Director of dentistry recovered 100 thousand in favor of a pensioner

In Yekaterinburg, the prosecutor’s office has achieved the recovery of funds in favor of a pensioner who was poorly provided with dental services.

According to the press service of the prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk region, the story began in 2023, when a local resident applied for dental treatment in the clinic of OOO "White Rook". Services were rendered improperly and the woman sued to defend her rights.

In October 2023, the court satisfied the claim of the pensioner and recovered from the clinic the amount paid under the contract, compensation for moral damage and a fine for non-compliance with the requirements of the consumer – in total more than 103 thousand rubles. However, it was not possible to execute the decision: in January 2024, enforcement proceedings were terminated, since Belaya Rook LLC was excluded from the USRLE as an inactive legal entity.

Since the court decision actually remained unenforced, the Kirov district prosecutor's office sent a lawsuit to the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk region to bring the former director of the clinic to subsidiary liability. In court, the prosecutor presented evidence that the head, knowing about the judicial obligation, did not take any measures to repay the debt to the pensioner.

The arbitration court fully satisfied the requirements of the prosecutor’s office and recovered from the former director of Belaya Rook LLC in favor of the pensioner more than 103.8 thousand rubles. The prosecutor's office will monitor the actual execution of the judicial act.

Earlier, MK-Ural wrote that a system of dental care is being built in the Sverdlovsk region. It should be as affordable as possible in any territory of the region, and the equipment should meet modern standards. For 2025 and the current period of 2026, 98 dental units were purchased for municipal institutions.
