In Yelets replaced more than 10 kilometers of worn water pipes

The overhaul of water supply networks in the south-eastern zone of Yelets is ready for 92%. As part of the project, old steel pipes are being changed to polyethylene pipes. The total length of updated communications is more than 10.8 kilometers, reported in the Ministry of housing and communal services of the Lipetsk region.

The need for repair is associated with the deterioration of existing networks. Work is carried out under the federal project “Modernization of communal infrastructure”, which is part of the national project “Infrastructure for life”.

After the completion of the renovation, residents of the south-eastern zone of Yelets should receive a more reliable and high-quality water supply. At the moment, the facility is close to completion, but the exact deadline for the completion of work is not specified.
