In Elista detained a minor driver who grossly violated traffic rules

In the capital of Kalmykia, traffic police officers stopped a dangerous trip 17-year-old driver. The young man did not comply with the legal requirement to stop and tried to escape.

While driving, he grossly violated traffic rules. The offender passed the intersections at a red light, creating a real threat to others. At one of the turns, he failed to manage and hit a metal fence.

A number of administrative materials have been drawn up for the teenager. Among them: driving without a license, passing on a prohibitive signal, failure to comply with the requirement to stop, violation of the rules of location of the vehicle on the carriageway and the absence of a CTP policy.

The car was detained and placed in a specialized parking lot. In addition, administrative measures will be taken against the parents of the minor.
