According to the published document, two patients appealed to the department with a complaint about cockroaches in the ward of the self-financing department on September 7 and 11. This violates the Federal Law “On Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population”, “Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for the Operation of Premises, Buildings, Structures, Equipment and Transport, as well as the Conditions of Activities of Business Entities Selling Goods, Performing Works or Providing Services” and “Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for the Prevention of Infectious Diseases”.
Based on the appeals and inaction of the hospital, the Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare for the city of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region issued a warning.
The Elizarov hospital is headed by Sergey Petrov. In the arbitration court, where the medical institution acts as a defendant, the case is considered for 86 thousand rubles.
