Today, October 10, the Border Service Institute hosted the Open Doors Day, which brought future applicants from different parts of Belarus.

As noted by the head of the Border Service Institute, Major-General Sergey Zhilinsky, today the university is ready to offer, first of all, a modern educational, material and technical base and practice-oriented training, which consists not only in lectures, but also uses the entire existing base in the border service bodies.
- Today we have a modern training border outpost, as well as our cadets are trained in the territorial bodies of the border service, at border outposts, in border control offices. This gives a good effect so that they learn our profession as quickly as possible.

Of particular interest to high school students was the Museum of Border Guard History. The exhibition is dedicated to the heroic past of border guards. And excursions to the classrooms and the cadets hostel allowed you to look into the daily life of future border guard officers.
In the end, all the guests were treated to real soldier's porridge.
