In the Inzhavin district, a fisherman was punished for concealing reporting

The prosecutor’s office of the Inzhavinsky district completed the inspection of compliance with the legislation in the field of conservation of aquatic biological resources. During the supervision measures, the fact of violation by the economic entity using water bodies in the municipal district was revealed.

As established in the Department, the organization engaged in aquaculture, ignored the requirements of the Federal law. According to the legislation, one of the essential conditions of the contract for the use of a fish farm is the obligation to report on the volume of release into the water and withdrawal of aquatic biological resources from it.

The inspection showed that the company did not fulfill these obligations without providing the necessary information to the authorized bodies.

As a result of the proceedings, the prosecutor’s office initiated bringing the guilty official to administrative responsibility for failure to provide information. The punishment was an official warning.

In addition, prosecutorial response measures were introduced to the offender with the requirement to eliminate the revealed violations of the law. The execution is under the supervision of the supervisory authority.
