In Ivangorod, the construction of the first floor of the new outbuilding of school No. 2 was completed. There will be a dining room at this level. On the second floor there is a library and a technology office for girls. This was reported in the press service of the Committee for the construction of the region.

The school is being reconstructed and an extension is being built as part of this project. Builders have already completed the underground part and began work on ground structures. In the main building of the school, dismantling work has been completed, and the roof of the assembly and sports halls has been updated.

Currently, experts are working to strengthen the structures and restore the facade. At the moment, the total readiness of the facility is 20%.

As a result of the reconstruction, the school will increase its capacity to 275 people, which will allow all students to study in one shift. Earlier, “MK in Leningrad region” wrote that the state construction supervision allowed to commission a kindergarten for 230 places in Novoselye.
