Speech about the flower garden "Crane Dawn" on Revolution Square.

The fact is that many citizens considered the flowerbed unpresentable due to the bald spots that appeared, so the mayor's office asked the Iva Foundation to remove the flower bed from the square.

The Foundation considered this decision wrong, explaining the unpresentability of the flowerbed damage to the soil, which occurred due to the fact that someone deliberately poisoned most of the flower garden. Even replacing the soil did not help to change the situation.

In the end, a compromise was found. The flower bed will remain in the same place, but with some improvements. It was decided to keep the range of perennials. At the same time, make the composition brighter, and cranes more noticeable. To do this, some cereals will be removed or transplanted and new plants will be planted, including those that will feel confident on problematic soil.

Work began earlier this week.
