In the Ivanovo region for the repair of rural roads will send more money

About how this work is going and what is planned for next year, Governor Stanislav Voskresensky told the Director of the Department of Road Management and Transport Vladimir Shapovalov. The discussion took place on October 8 at a workshop with heads of municipalities and contractors.

The head of the region noted that the region is actively changing the road infrastructure. Intercity highways, that is, the reference regional network, have already been highly appreciated by the Ministry of Transport of Russia and are considered one of the best in the country. At the same time, according to the governor, it is necessary to strengthen work on rural roads.

Resurrection gave an example of the appeal of a resident of the region about the state of the dirt road Waste - Semenovo - Kharitonovo. It hasn't been repaired for 50 years, and it hasn't been repaired. The governor called it unacceptable. He understands that dealing with regional highways is more interesting, easier and more profitable, and noted that there used to be contractors who neglected rural roads, but now they do not work with the area. The head of the region asked to pay close attention to the roads to small settlements.

This year, 113 rural roads are in order. Among them, there are both asphalt and asphalt. Their total length is 265 kilometers. This was reported to the Governor Vladimir Shapovalov. According to him, on dirt and gravel roads, profiling and filling are done, and on asphalt ones, pit repairs are carried out and road maps are laid if the pit repair is not advisable.

The program of work is drawn up with an emphasis on rural roads, on which school buses and ambulances travel. The plan for 2027 to put in order 123 rural roads.
