In the Ivanovo region called the best management companies

The State Village Inspectorate of the region has updated the quarterly rating of management organizations. Leaders were determined in four groups by the area of houses served.

Among small companies, the first were “UK Victoria”, “My Home”, “PIK”, “Contract” and “IvUK”. The Volga “Contract” keeps in the leaders for two years in a row. The worst of all in this group were Starkomservice, Good and Garant-Service, which had previously revoked its license.

In the second group, the undisputed leader is the Vichug “ZhRU No. 2”. The top 6 also included “ROST”, “Home Management”, “Housing and communal services Contact”, “Volga utilities” and “regional management company”.

Among medium-sized companies, the best are recognized as “Urcom”, “OUK”, MUP housing and communal services of the Furmanovsk district and “Domprofi”. But “April”, “Center Sereda”, GC “Housing Standard” and “BaSK 1” were among the laggards.
