October 10 on Earth recorded the beginning of a strong magnetic storm. According to forecaster Michael Leus, the cause of the disturbance was the arrival of a cloud of solar plasma ejected as a result of a coronal flare on the Sun.

We are talking about the ejection of coronal matter (CME) into the sun.

The storm began, its intensity is estimated as high.
