In Kaliningrad, 109 schoolchildren took the oath of cadets of the EMERCOM of Russia. The ceremony was held at the memorial to 1,200 guardsmen.

In Kaliningrad, 109 schoolchildren took the oath of cadets of the EMERCOM of Russia. The ceremony was held at the memorial to 1,200 guardsmen.
The cadet movement was joined by students of five schools from Kaliningrad, Chernyakhovsk, the village of Vzmorye and the Petrovsky school. The children promised to faithfully serve the Fatherland, study well and help people who need support.
After the oath, the participants honored the memory of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and laid flowers at the memorial. Deputy head of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Stanislav Parfyonov presented the schoolchildren with breastplates “Cadet of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia”.
In honor of the event, each cadet class was given a cake with the symbols of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
