The object is located on Marshal Vasilevsky Square, 1. The initial price of the contract is 171.475 million rubles.

The competition was organized by the state institution "Center for ensuring the organization and conduct of bidding" of the Kaliningrad region. The winner will be determined by the results of competitive procedures.
