In Kaliningrad will invest almost 23 million rubles in the preservation of the historic villa

In Kaliningrad, a villa of the early XX century on Nosova Street will be restored. More than 22.8 million rubles will be allocated for the preservation of the cultural heritage of regional importance.

The customer of the works is the North-Western Department of Rostekhnadzor. The initial price of the contract is 22.844 million rubles. The contractor will perform work on the preservation and reconstruction of the building located at the address: Nosova Street, 1-3.

The work must be completed by February 29, 2028. Financing will be allocated from the federal budget: about 6.7 million rubles are provided for 2027, another 16.1 million rubles for 2028.

Applications for participation in the electronic auction are accepted until November 13, 2026. The results of the purchase will be announced on November 16. The guarantee for the work performed will be five years from the date of acceptance of the result.
