In the Kaliningrad region made 988 protocols for violations in bus transportation
In the Kaliningrad region for the first nine months of 2026, 152 passengers of buses who were traveling unfastened were brought to justice. Violations were revealed during inspections of public transport, the regional State Traffic Inspectorate reported.

In the Kaliningrad region for the first nine months of 2026, 152 passengers of buses who were traveling unfastened were brought to justice. Violations were revealed during inspections of public transport, the regional State Traffic Inspectorate reported.
In total, the inspectors conducted 676 inspections of passenger traffic. There were 68 raids on federal highways and 608 on regional and local roads. The result was 988 administrative materials.
Most of the violations, 768, were committed by bus drivers. Another 62 materials were issued for officials, six for legal entities. The rest concerned passengers who did not wear seat belts.
During the raids, traffic police officers checked the technical condition of buses, the observance of the work and rest regime by drivers, as well as the general safety of transportation.
