In Kalmykia, the debtor repaid the damage due to an accident, avoiding additional costs

The bailiffs of the Lagansky district office recovered the damage caused as a result of the road accident. The money was transferred to a resident of a neighboring republic.

According to the decision of the Lagansky District Court, the debtor was obliged to compensate not only damage, but also legal costs, expenses for the payment of state duty. The total amount of debt approached 770 thousand rubles.

Bailiffs imposed bans on registration actions in respect of two properties and a vehicle. In order not to incur additional costs, the debtor came to the reception before the appointed time and voluntarily repaid the entire amount.

So he managed to avoid paying the performance fee, which would have amounted to more than 90 thousand rubles. The arrest of funds in accounts was also not required.
