The participants were told about the event on September 30, 2022: in the St. George Hall of the Kremlin, agreements were signed on joining the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
In the Year of the Unity of the Peoples of Russia, the speakers spoke about the historical justice of the new territories joining Russia and a new stage in their development.
