In the training activities were involved MinZhKH, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Digital Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their subordinate institutions, as well as the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic.
According to legend, as a result of failure of the power supply facility (electric substation "Elysta-Eastern") violated the living conditions of the population of Elista.
During the exercises, we worked out a set of measures to protect the population, material and cultural values, checked the readiness of civil defense forces and means to conduct rescue and other urgent works.
Also in Kalmykia, a planned comprehensive inspection of the public warning system was carried out. At 10:40 in Elista and districts of the republic, electric sirens were launched with the signal “Attention to all!” followed by the substitution at 10:43 hours of all-Russian television and radio channels up to one minute.
