Since this year, in Kalmykia, victims at work are undergoing rehabilitation in the centers of the SFR in electronic directions. Paper vouchers cancelled. Now it is enough to submit an application through the Public Services so that a digital document appears in the personal account.

The course of recovery lasts 21 days, for people with spinal cord injury - 42 days. At this time, employees are given additional paid leave. If for medical reasons an accompanying person is required and this is indicated in the application, the Social Fund will issue a second ticket.

Spa treatment is available during the duration of the rehabilitation program, but not more than once a calendar year. For example, if the program has been in place since mid-2026 and the worker has not rested in the first half of the year, they may go to a sanatorium in 2026 or 2027 before the program expires.
