In the Kaluga region, the network of pick-up points is actively expanding.

In the Kaluga region, the network of pick-up points is actively expanding. If at the beginning of 2022 there were about 350 PvZ in the region, by the middle of 2026 there were more than a thousand of them.
New settlements appear not only in large cities, but also in small towns and villages. This allows residents of remote areas to receive online orders without traveling to district centers. In addition, access to online purchases is provided by branches of the Russian Post.
The Ministry of Competition Policy of the Kaluga Region reminds that online purchases are subject to consumer protection legislation. The buyer can refuse the goods before receipt, return the item within the prescribed period or issue a return if deficiencies are detected.
