Forty-one-year-old native of the Kaliningrad region overestimated his capabilities with alcohol and provoked a conflict in the dining car. The man was noisy, rude to the staff and passengers. The result was the removal of the brawler from the route and the preparation of a protocol.
In addition, the police issued fines to tobacco lovers. The sanctions affected citizens living in Karelia, as well as in the Murmansk and Tula regions.
