In Kazan will establish the rules of couriers

The Transport Committee of the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, together with the Association of Transport, Logistics and Postal and Courier Companies of Russia (MAKS) and delivery services, developed standards for the work of couriers in the city. The Chairman of the Transport Committee of Kazan Alexey Sidorov told the details.

As part of the first stage, an agreement was concluded on interaction with a number of services. The agreement specifies the rules of operation of courier services in Kazan: requirements for equipment, vehicles, speed limit, identification numbers, banning the movement of vehicles in a number of public spaces.

On the bags of couriers will apply unique identification numbers with reflective elements. Their range is consistent with a number of services. When fulfilling orders, it will be possible to identify couriers by the numbers of bags entered into a special accounting system.

For speed, electric bicycles must have EOT modules. Their speed should not exceed 25 km / h, and in slow zones - 10-15 km / h. The agreement will prohibit movement in 15 urban areas – the Kazan Kremlin, parks “Kyrlay”, “Uram”, “Elmay” and a number of others.

Couriers are prohibited from placing transport on lawns, flower beds, green areas. You can not leave them on sidewalks / squares if the width of the passage is less than one and a half meters. Restrictions will apply to transport stops and within a radius of 10 m from them, from the entrances to underground / aboveground pedestrian crossings.

Delivery operators will be responsible for complying with the rules, verifying the identity of couriers and a number of other conditions.
